Positive Results From Legal Aid's Family Dispute Resolution

November 15, 2019

In The Australian newspaper today, mention was made about Legal Aid’s Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) conferences and how they have helped about 75% of their participants reach a resolution of their Family Court children’s matters, without the need to attend a final trial. This is a fantastic achievement, for Legal Aid, supporting practitioners and (most importantly) the parents who worked hard within their conflict to reach a resolution at a difficult stage. D’Angelo Legal is proud to have practitioners available to assist parties in FDR mediations, with and without Legal Aid grants and before, during or after your Family Court proceedings. If you would like to talk about your family dispute resolution options, contact D’Angelo Legal and speak with our Family Law Team.
